Cynthia (Horstman) Kemp Dobbins

Age 59, formerly of Mt. Washington, passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 27, 2018. Daughter of the late Merle T. "Bud" and Betty Horstman; survived by her husband, David and by her children, Denay (Brad) Wyke, Kristin Kemp, and Courtney (Stephanie) Sullivan; survived by her granddaughter, Avery Wyke; sister of Kay (Clifford) Klein, Thomas Horstman, and Sandra (Thomas) Crowley; also survived by three nephews and one niece.
