CLORINDA “CLORY” R. REGALA
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Clorinda "Clory" Regala on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the age of 82. Clory was the beloved wife of the late Perry Regala and a devoted mother to Rod Regala, husband of the late Jennifer Bittner. Clory held in special regard Jessica Simon, who is not only Rod's beloved companion but also a cherished part of the family and a tremendous support to Clory and her grandsons. Clory was a proud and cherished grandmother to Jameson and Emeric, who brought immense joy to her life. She was the daughter of the late Ernesto Co, Sr. and Luz Rivera Co, and a loving sister to Elizabeth Sanga, Lourdes Regala, Carmelita Co-Casquejo, Yolanda Javier, Edgardo Co, Cynthia Encarnacion, Alexander Co, Wilhelmina Poblete, and the late Ernesto Co, Jr. Clory is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members who she loved dearly.
Clory was a beacon of strength and grace, finding comfort and guidance in her unwavering faith. She loved cooking and had a passion for travel. Family was her greatest priority, and she was a natural caretaker to all, many of whom lovingly referred to her as “Lola.” Her greatest joys were spending time with her grandsons, witnessing their growth, learning, and achievements. Clory’s radiant smile, attentive ear, wise advice, and loving spirit will remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Friends and family are invited to celebrate Clory's life on Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 2-4 PM and 5-7 PM at William Slater II Funeral Service, located at 1650 Greentree Road, Scott Township, 412-563-2800. A Mass in her honor will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 10 AM at St. Bernard Church, St. Michael the Archangel Parish, 311 Washington Road. She will be laid to rest in a private interment ceremony
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Clory’s name to the Society of the Little Flower, 1313 N. Frontage Road, Darien, Illinois 60561, or online at www.littleflower.org.
