Cindy L. (Vates) "Minnie" Grill

Peacefully passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017, with her son, Travis Allan, who she adored and loved so much, along with her longtime friend, Richard M. Coll, by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carol Ann (Thomas) and Chester A. Vates; and brothers, James and Larry Thomas; and a niece, Sherri A. Thomas. She is survived by her brothers, Michael Thomas and Scott Vates, John William Vates and Lori Jones; along with many nieces, nephews and family that loved her and her bright and joy filled laughter and smile. Cindy was always caring and helping any way she could. She was born in Mt. Washington and moved to Saxonburg as she was an active member of the Saxonburg Community Police.
