Charles D. Thomas

Beloved husband of the late Sally Thomas.  Survived by his son and daughter Tom and Kathy Thomas, brother and sister-in-law Robert J. and Grace Thomas, nephews, Rhys and Charlie Thomas and families and his friend and companion, Carol Smerdell (Smerde).

For 35 years he owned and operated Charles D. Thomas Drug Store on Mount Washington. He was President and Chairman of the Allegheny County Pharmaceutical Association as well as State and National Chairman of PHARMPAC.   He later became a Pharmacy Inspector for the PA Drug, Device and Cosmetics Board. He was a 32nd degree Mason and served on the Syria Shrine medical unit. He also ran for PA State Senator in the late 70's.

Chuck enjoyed fishing, boating, golf and relaxing at his Conneaut Lake cottage. He equally enjoyed good friends, fine dining and travel. 

Chuck touched many lives in his 90 years and he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
