Age 86, of Bethel Park, on Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Concetta Cafardi Police. Loving father of Kathy (Dennis) Hartman and Angela (Bill) Bioni; grandfather of Wes (Lisa) Hartman, Jamie (Rob) Anders, Kristy Hartman, Alex Bioni and Christina Bioni; great-grandfather of Lily Anders; brother of Louise Martinelli, the late John and Raymond Police. Charles was the former secretary and treasurer for the Bridgeville Rotary Club and served in the US Army during WWII.
