On Thursday, April 29, 2021, Charlie, 73, most recently of Port Orange FL, after a valiant attempt to recover from recently diagnosed leukemia. He leaves behind his loving wife Lynne C.; devoted children Christine A. (Stephen) Guenther and Ryan A. (Lindsey) Lee; and his adoring grandsons Thomas A. Guenther, Lucas A. Lee and Bowen B. Lee. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Mae and father, Charles Munz Jr. Charlie is also survived by his sister, two brothers and his son, Charles W. Munz IV. Charlie could be found on any given day helping his friends and neighbors with a variety of projects. He could excavate your property for your dream home, fix your Harley Davidson for the next poker run, or mend your fences to keep your horses in. When it came to classic cars and motorcycles, he was the "go to" resource for everything unique about their restoration. Charlie preferred the original rebuilding and quality workmanship and had a passion for Panheads and Tri Five Chevys. He could be found in the hayfield baling hay or fishing from his dock on the bay. He was loyal to his friends who called him a gearhead, a biker, a reliable mechanic and a devoted husband. His question, "What now, my love" is yet to be answered.
