Charles Harlow Mehnert, 59 passed away on Friday, April 22nd, 2022.

Chuck was born on April 18th, 1963 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late parents of Richard Allen and Barbara Harlow Mehnert. From childhood, he would follow his father's lifelong passion for amateur radio, and achieving amateur extra status with very high morse code proficiency. Chuck was a 1981 graduate of St. Paul's Lutheran Highschool of Concordia, Missouri. He earned a B.S. from the University of Kansas in 1986 and graduated from the Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City in 1997. He practiced his profession with distinction in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Chuck is survived by his fiancé, Melody Wilkinson of Pittsburgh, PA and a brother, David Mehnert of Roeland Park Kansas, and several family members. He was an avid reader and active in his church. He helped for many years for the Light of Life Missions, the Susan Coleman Foundation. Chuck loved life and he loved his family. He was willing to help you in any way he could. He could talk to you for hours. He always loved to tell a joke to make to make you laugh. He was very sensitive, his heart was wide and he would do anything he could for anyone. Funeral service FRIDAY 11:00 am, Peter's Creek Baptist Church (6300 Library Rd, South Park, PA 15129) Visitation ONE HOUR PRIOR to service at church.
