Charles E. "Charlie" Bruce

Age 57, of Pittsburgh, on Friday, September 8, 2017. Husband and soulmate of Robin; loving father of Carly (Craig) Bruce-Dishong; pap of his four legged friend, Argo; dear brother of David (Janet) Bruce; brother-in-law of Irene and Cliff and Lou Ann and Nick; uncle of Lisa, Kimberly and Christine; and many grandnieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Audrey; and his brother, Butch Mader. Charlie retired after 20 years of service with the Board of Education Safety Division. He loved fly fishing, feeding the critters, cooking and making people laugh. Friends welcome Monday 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday 11 a.m. until time of service at 12 Noon at WM. SLATER & SONS, INC.
