Age 97, of Mt. Lebanon was born on October 11, 1926 in Bay Shore, New York. Went to eternal rest on Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Predeceased by her husband, O. Pierce Langford. Mother of Sharon Motyl and her husband Thomas, Roslyn Hahn and her husband Charles, and Linda Rusz and her husband Lawrence. Grandmother of J. Deron Gabriel and his wife Gina, Brian Gabriel and his  wife Clare Collins, Heather Hahn and her husband Noah Hicks, Janese Dudash and her husband Bruce, Adam Rusz and Shana Roberts. Great grandmother of thirteen and great, great grandmother of one. Carolyn enjoyed reading, needlework, sewing, cooking and all things creative. She especially enjoyed the game of bridge.
