Carolyn Ann Bucci

Carolyn Ann Bucci passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 26, 2024. She was the daughter of Gilbert and Carole Bucci and lived in Pittsburgh for her entire life before retiring to The Villages, Florida. Carolyn was a wonderful sister to her three siblings, Tina Bucci Stacy (Dr. Joseph Matthew), the late Gilbert E. Bucci Jr., and Laura Bucci Bell (Dr. Gerald). As a graduate of Montour High School Carolyn developed a passion for mathematics and accounting, working for her father at Golden Triangle Construction Company. After receiving an accounting degree from West Virginia University, Carolyn went on to gain a Masters of Information Technology from University of Pittsburgh. She spent her career at Bank of New York Mellon working as a Managing Director where she oversaw Global IT Operations. 

She is survived by her sisters and most adoring nieces and nephews, Dr. Maurielle Stacy Leyland (Patrick), Alexander Stacy (Suzanne), Gabriel Stacy (Caitlin), Cameron Stacy, Adriana Stacy, Cassie Bucci, Trey Bucci, Cortney Bucci, Lydia Bell, and Eliza Bell. Carolyn’s quick wit, sense of humor and thoughtful nature have left an indelible mark on those who knew her. Her notorious eyeroll and sassy comments lit up every room she entered. She will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Family and friends welcome to a Funeral Mass, Saturday December 21st at 10 AM, St. Michael the Archangel, St. Bernard Church.
