Age 79, of Upper St. Clair, PA for 51 years, left this world on October 22, 2016. Carol was born May 30, 1937, in Pittsburgh, PA to Maria Barco Wasieko, and Michael Andrew Wasieko. She was an activist in the political process, a Democratic Committee Member as well as a faithful poll worker on election days. Carol was very active with the AA organization for over 35 years. She loved the little children and was devoted to teaching religious education at St. Thomas Moore and St. John Capistran Catholic Churches for over 25 years. She took pride in her fishing skills, using the most unusual fishing lures at Christie Lake, near Perth, Ontario, Canada where the family spent time together. She remained active in the political process and church activities until her death.
