Of Carnegie, PA, passed away on October 8, 2013, due to complications from advanced Alzheimer's disease. Born to the late Esther and Robert Roderick in Stuebenville, OH on April 18, 1937, she was raised in Weirton, WV and graduated from Weirton High School in 1955. She married Daniel H. Lee, Jr. in 1963 and they raised a family in Carnegie, PA. Bonnie was a fashion buyer for Gimbel's Department Stores prior to starting her family. Later, partnering with her beloved friend, Susan Fleming (Wagner), they started a dance supply store "The Tights Spot." Multiple locations and years later, Bonnie left the retail world to get a business degree at Carlow College. She returned to the world of retail at Saks Fifth Avenue's. Bonnie is survived by three children, Terry (Daniel) and Vanessa Lee of Long Beach, CA, April and Ralph Mazzola of Fort Lee, NJ, Alexandra Lee and Adam Lobel of Bloomfield, PA. She leaves behind her beloved sister, Carol and Thomas Yourd of Weirton, WV. She also leaves behind six grandchildren of various sizes and sexes. In addition to her love of family, fashion and art, Bonnie had a deep love of animals. She and her Great Dane, Malarkey, volunteered at Children's Hospital for many years. She was also an avid Pirates fan. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the Humane society of the United States. Blessing Service 7 p.m. Interment will be Saturday in Hawley Cemetery in Newton Falls, OH.
