Annette J. Mazzarini

Age 57, unexpectedly on Monday, June 22, 2015. Beloved daughter of Patricia and Anthony Mazzarini of Banksville; much loved sister to Karen Mazzarini, Patty Balk, both of Holiday, FL, Diane (Jeff) Popek of Mt. Lebanon, Donna (Jerry) Palladino of Hudson, FL, Merita Smith of Banksville, Tony (Michelle) Mazzarini, Jr. of Scott Township and Janet Lawson of Moon Township; doting and loving aunt to nieces, Jennifer Boynton, Natasha and Brittany Smith, Cara, Alyssa, Amanda Mazzarini, Anna Balk; and nephews Andy and Tony Leopardi, Brandon and Neil Smith, AJ Mazzarini III, Gregory, Trevor and Spencer Lawson; much loved companion to Craig Embleton. Annette grew up in Banksville and graduated from Carrick High School Class of '77. She was a longtime resident of Bridgeville, PA and was an active member in the Italian Club and Owls Club. She was an avid fan of all Pittsburgh Sports teams and was a friend to all who met her. Annette was a valued 12-year employee of Preferred Primary Care Physicians in Manor Oak. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt and cousin. She had an infectious smile and a kind and loving heart. She will be remembered for her beautiful blue eyes and generous spirit.
