ANNA FONTANA (MAZZOTTA)
Age 79 of Scott Twp., passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024. She was the loving wife of Gabriel Fontana for 42 years; beloved mother of Michael LaPorte; stepmother of Maria Hartwick (Stephen) and Gabriel S. Fontana; cherished nonna of Franchesca (JJ), Anthony, Antonio, Nicholas, and Santino; sister of Mary LaRosa, Joseph Mazzotta (Heather), and the late Casimiro Mazzotta, Carmella Guzzo, Louisa Moreschi, Raffaele Mazzotta, Rosa Lista, and Paul Mazzotta (Jean); and special Godmother and aunt to Paola Moehring (Dan). Anna is also survived by her beloved dog, Primo and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
All are welcome, Monday, February 26, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, WILLIAM SLATER II FUNERAL SERVICE, 1650 Greentree Rd., Scott Twp., 412-563-2800. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, February 27, 10 AM, Sts. Simon and Jude Church, St. Raphael the Archangel Parish, 1607 Greentree Rd. Interment to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
