Beloved daughter of Mark and Cheryl Ann Moore-Tomeo; dear sister of Justin Moore, Erica Moore, Yolanda Tomeo, Stacy Tomeo and Brad Tomeo; granddaughter of Anthony Tomeo and the late Richard and Maryangel Moore and Violet "Honey" Tomeo; also many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Mandi was a graduate of Chartiers Valley High School.
