Agnes V. Pelcher

Agnes V. Pelcher, 90, of Westwood, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Agnes was born early Sunday morning, February 22, 1931, in Sharpsburg, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Selcik) Bartos. She attended St. Mary's Elementary School and graduated from Etna High School in 1950. In addition to her parents, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Pelcher, Sr., who she married on August 29, 1953, at St. Mary's Pine Creek Church. She was also preceded in death by her son, David, her brothers, John Bartos and Albert Bartos and her sisters, Helen LaGorga and Mary Palamone. Mrs. Pelcher is survived by children, Elmer Pelcher, Jr., Stephen (Heather) Pelcher, Glenn (Mary Ann) Pelcher, and Margaret (Ken) Westrick; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Maurer, Stephen Lowe, Jr., Evan Pelcher, Emily Pelcher, Elizabeth Pelcher, David Westrick, Shelby Pelcher and Lauren Westrick.
