Age of 65 passed away April 18, 2016. She was born in Pittsburgh November 26, 1950 to the late Pearl Ehrenberger and Ortenzio Folino. Adrienne is survived by husband Omar C. Pack; loving mother of Sheryl (Kabir) Curtis, Dana Washington, Omar (Lana) Pack, and Olivia (Jadell) Minniefield. The proud grandmother of, Branden, Brionna, Ty, Jade, Nyree, Angelo, Jadell Jr., Xia'ah, Omar III, Bella, Berlin; loving sister of Edward (Janet), Louis (Marlene) and Carla; also survived by many loving relatives, and friends.
